Planting a church in Harlem is both a privilege and a challenge. This neighborhood, with its deep cultural roots and rich history, faces real struggles—gentrification has displaced families, and the rise of substance abuse facilities has added new complexities to the community. In the face of these challenges, Harlem Community Church is already making the gospel a beacon of hope, offering healing and restoration through Christ.
This work would not be possible without the dedication of our partners. Their prayers, generosity, and support have empowered us to share God’s love and make an impact in Harlem. But there is still so much to do. If you’re not yet a part of this mission, now is the time to join. Together, we can bring the light of the gospel to this neighborhood, transform lives, and build a stronger community grounded in faith and love. Will you partner with us?
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations [help the people to learn of Me, believe in Me, and obey My words], baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" (Matheus 28:19 AMP)
In just four months since its launch, Harlem Community Church has witnessed supernatural growth, an outcome that speaks to the Holy Spirit’s hand at work, much like in the early church. What’s particularly interesting is the makeup of the congregation—many who now attend regularly have never stepped foot in a church or hadn’t since childhood. This unique movement highlights the power of God’s grace to reach those who might have felt distant or disconnected from faith.
Every story of transformation adds to the incredible work happening here—hearts are being softened, lives are being changed, and a genuine sense of community is taking root. None of this would be possible without the prayers, generosity, and vision of our partners. Together, we are building a church where the gospel isn’t just heard—it’s lived out, offering hope and renewal in the heart of Harlem. For those not yet part of this mission, now is the time to join and be a part of what God is doing in this extraordinary season of growth.
